Paper plate and Bic pen.

You don’t always need expensive tools to create.

I get asked daily what I use to create with, but that shouldn’t determine what you use. Experiment. Test things. See what works best for you. That’s how I decide what to use. It really comes down to time/practice and passion. Those will take your art to a much higher level than a specific pen or brush.
